Returns
We do not accept returns on any items once they have been delivered.

Refunds
Refunds are only offered in the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order (such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items).

If you experience any problems with your box, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Be sure to include your order details and, if applicable, photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
