1. What products do you offer?
We offer a range of travel care packages designed for babies and toddlers, including essential items like diapers, wipes, and snacks, all tailored for convenience while traveling. Each box comes with complimentary local guide support through WhatsApp, providing assistance during your trip. See the 'Local Support' page for more details.

In addition to our curated travel boxes, Little Nomads Japan offers a selection of baby accessories, convenient ready-to-drink formula, and unique Japanese snacks. All products can be delivered directly to your hotel, either by themselves or along with the travel boxes, making travel with your little one easier and more enjoyable.

2. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired products and following the checkout process.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and secure online payment options.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within two business days. To ensure timely delivery, please place your order at least three days before you wish to receive the box, but feel free to place orders any time in advance. Last minute orders are possible, but please contact us before ordering. 

5. What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping anywhere in mainland Japan. Shipping costs are included in your order, making it easy and convenient for you! There may be an extra charge for more remote locations such as Okinawa. 

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please choose your products carefully. If you have any questions about our items before purchasing, feel free to reach out!

8. Can I customize my order?
Although we offer pre-packaged kits for direct purchase, we may be able to assist you with customizing an order if you have specific needs. Please contact us or email us to discuss further.

9. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! If you’re interested in placing a bulk order, please contact us directly for more information on pricing and discounts. There is also an automatic discount of 10% off your entire order when you purchase a travel box and any two additional products.
